SB 903 passed the Assembly on 8/30/26 and the Senate on concurrence, 40-0, on 8/31/26, clearing the final procedural step before heading to the Governor.
Similar legislation has also become law in Nevada, Illinois, Maine, Rhode Island, and Colorado.
